In 2004, WRJ initiated the Sisterhoods Say YES campaign enabling sisterhood presidents to proudly wear a Lifeline pin during their presidency and giving them the opportunity to talk about the wonderful people and programs our YES Fund (Youth, Education, and Special Projects) supports.

Several sisterhoods who were Silver Lifelines have increased their endowment to a Gold Lifeline – and their presidents proudly wear a gold Lifeline pin which is passed to their successor at the end of their term of office. These sisterhoods have set a high standard for their members, and for all sisterhoods, by their example.

We want to offer you the same opportunity – if your sisterhood pledges a Gold Lifeline

now, your Silver Lifeline will count toward that pledge. Over ninety sisterhoods have already said YES to a Silver Lifeline…we hope you will TAKE THE LEAP to endowing the next level of gift which will ensure the future of the YES Fund. A Gold Lifeline endowment is $5,000, and your prior $1,000 donation for a Silver Lifeline will be credited toward your $5,000 pledge.

If your sisterhood has not yet said YES to a Lifeline, it’s not too late to help WRJ to continue supporting rabbinic, cantorial, and Jewish education students, the youth of our Movement, and organizations throughout the Reform Jewish Community.
