Founders' Endowment
The Founders’ Endowment Fund was established as a living tribute to Carrie O. Simon of Washington, DC, founding president of Women of Reform Judaism (then National Federation of Temple Sisterhoods) in 1913. The Fund supports the publication of Jewish study materials for sisterhoods and unique programs of service in the Jewish and secular communities.
Through WRJ publications, programs, leadership seminars, speakers, and new initiatives, all sisterhoods, large and small, will benefit from your contribution. Your contribution will help WRJ to provide for current sisterhood members and for generations to come.
You may also acknowledge a special occasion by giving to the Founders’ Endowment Fund in another’s honor. Birthdays, bar or bat mitzvot, or graduations are examples of perfect occasions during which to contribute.
