Arranging a Gary Rosenthal for WRJ Event

How to Arrange an Event:

□ Choose a date, time, and place

□ Contact WRJ by phone or email to let us know you would like to schedule the program. We will confirm date availability with Gary.

□ WRJ will send you a waiver form, a project order form, and a template for an ad to promote the event. You will need to send the waiver and a $50 processing fee (by check) to WRJ to cover the cost of shipping the project kit materials and to confirm your date and ensure that you get your finished Judaica pieces 2-4 weeks after you’ve sent them to Gary.

□ A minimum of fifteen Gary Rosenthal to Benefit the WRJ YES Fund pieces must be purchased for the “kit” to be sent to your sisterhood. We recommend that you order more than you think you need to cover last minute participants. In order that we send you the correct number of project cards in your kits, you must notify WRJ three weeks prior to your event date of the number of each item your members are making. If you don’t use all the materials sent to you, just return them to Gary along with your finished project cards. You’ll only be charged for the items that are being turned into Judaica – just keep in mind that you must purchase at least fifteen.

□ You’ll receive a “kit” – a box with the glass, project cards (which the glass mosaic will be
glued to), and instructions. All you’ll need to provide are disposable table coverings and
white glue (such as Elmer’s).

□ Each project card must be completed with the project maker’s information: name, address, contact number, and check or credit card information. Return the finished project cards and unused material to Gary Rosenthal Studios. Your finished projects will be mailed to each individual 2-4 weeks after Gary receives them.

Please note that no order will be fired and completed by Gary without full payment.
